CARISMA has decided to bring back The OSBA’s because even though knife crime is now on the rise within Greater Manchester there are special individuals within the community that are fighting against this and CARISMA have recognised that these individuals need recognition and encouragement. Hence the re-branded Outstanding Social Behaviour Awards.
